CSS and PhP Expert needed -URGENT

Hi I have a blog ready coded in PHP, All i require of you is a simple css coded into it to change it from literally input and output pages to give it a decent look. It is not a lot of work at all and i require it finished in 2hours! When you get teh files you will see how quick and easy this will be - I am also very laidback about the design - do whatever you want providing it looks nice and everything I have coded contiues to work after the css is implemented I am happy. (also please note I require the css sheet to be in English and not a template) I would prefer bids cheaper than $30 and providing you do me a super job I guarentee a 10/10 rating for your feedback!
