I need a software to increase plays / downloads / ratings that are legitimate on the [login to view URL] charts. Please only bid if you have experience in such programs, as the plays must be unique therefore some kind of proxy may be needed. Each MP3 play needs to be from a unique IP. Each IP is only counted towards 1 play per day. (Duplicate plays are discounted) Charts are calculated at midnight (GMT -5). Downloads per unique IP are also counted towards the charts. Plays from "External-outside of the site" users have less weight then users who play within the site. **Chart points count alot more if they are from a soundclick listener account**

I have looked at the Soundclick charts, how to rate a song (you must be logged in), so we can also login to accounts that you provide, to handle the actions. HTTP proxies can be used without a problem to avoid any unique counting issues. Please see my private message for my experience.
