Customization of osCommerce with installed STS 4.3 1 - The current menu “Categories” will be replaced with two different menues: one dropdown-mnue called Products and one dropdown-menue called Services. The same dropdown-memues will be shown at existing images “Products” and “Services” at the header/top-of-page of all URLs/pages. Consequently tne name of Category must be changed to Products or Services as applicable 2 - Existing index/main page ([login to view URL]) The text in the center of the page (What's New Here?, etc.) should be removed completely and be replaced with an html table. Using Frontpage (html), this table should accept input of tables, text, pictures and links to categories, products and other URLs. 3 - Category (Product or Service) page showing multiple categories (like Hardware) - The word “Categories” to be replaced with Products or Services as applicable. - Instead of currently shown images with brief product name, the categories of Products or Services will be shown in one column and in text format only. At the beginning of each Product/Service description a small image is placed (circle or square) on the left side of each description. The number of words of each description is unlimited, but usually not more than 200 characters. - At the end of each category description is shown the text “more information” with a link to the individual Product or Service category. 4 - Category page showing a single category, and showing individual products or services - Remove “Let's See What We Have Here” and replace with the product or service description as applicable (up to 150 characters) - Remove image of the category - Remove table border (including “Product Name +” and “Buy Now”) - List products/services in single column, with brief description, optional image, and the text or icon “more information” with a link to the detailed individual product or service description page Note: For categories “Services”, the link to service description and information pages will often be an html page (not necessarily part of oscommerce) 5 – Product page - The title should be shown in black letters (not grey) - The price should be shown in black numbers (not grey) - The price should be shown under the product image 6 – Service page - There should be no price shown on service pages - the table with the image <Add to cart> should be removed.
