eBay affiliate websites

Okay I am in need of someone who can build websites based on ebay categories. eBay has a new affiliate program setup which we are already members of and need to get some websites designed to promote there new affiliate program. Websites will be complete websites promoting niche markets like Cell phones, computers, trading cards, motorcycles, automobiles, atv's, fishing and so on. I also need google adsense throughout the sites & amazon ads. I need a admin panel where all id's for the affiliate programs can be edited. I already have plenty of these sites if you would like to see demos and get a idea what I am talking about. All sites will use eBays ipn. You are bidding on doing one site but if the right person chooses this job cheap enough I can have you at least 10 a week to build. My budget on this is between $30 to $75 but the cheapest person who knows what they are doing and can show me your past work that is similar will most likely get these jobs. If you can do these for $30 I guarantee you to get 10 jobs a week and thats $300 a week I need someone who has MSN Instant messenger and is able to accept paypal.
