Install design in Php Melody script

What we need is to setup a design on our php melody website. We got the design, it needs to be setup to work on the script and at the end index should look alike video-one.com. However when a category is being click from index must be able to select to see the videos in 2 ways like rows style on [login to view URL] or a list (1 video per row). We got the buttons in the design for that missing the cookies to remember the setting. Also missing pagination, need it to be added for videos page. Please no 5- 10 days bids its not that much work That should be all.
