Newsletter Backend (in CodeIgniter framework)

Hi I need a Newsletter Backend to send newsletters. What I need exactly (you can also see attached file): 1.) easy backend functionality to create the newsletter 2.) connection to existing database (here are the datas for the Newsletter) 3.) Personally newsletter (the name from receiver should be shown in email - datas are in the database) 4.) Transform Pictures into email format, that googlemail, outlook, etc. show the picture in default (pictures can be send with the email) 5.) Input formular to create the newsletter - Subject, Textbox Heading + content + including pictures( left, middle, right) - This textbox we need for the pretext and than for the main content (main content first show one text box group and than add further textboxes), Footer (Text Formular field with linking options) 6.) Design for the total newsletter will be sent.
