PHP + MySQL Analytics dashboard development

we need the development of a PHP + SWF + MySQL dashboard that reports data and analytics gathered from a MySQL database. the graphs need to be displayed using this library: [login to view URL] required for this project: - Dashboard UI design using PHP + the PHP/SWF graphs - some processing of data before passing to chart creation tool - programming of drill-down functionality when users explore data - Creation of PDF and CSV output based on graphs + data - Scheduled emailing of reports more detail will be provided to qualified bidders. Also can you confirm that you know how to / will 1) use svn for code check-in 2) allow your code to run on localhost once checked-out from svn 3) create unit test cases for each function. (I expect cases such as invalid user, wrong format, database edit checking, etc.).
