PHP, Node.js, Faye - Review & Finish Scripts & Faye (or ruby) User Interface

I have 3-4 PHP scripts that interact with an SQL database. I hired a person (Senthil Kumar) who I paid alot of money to to ad node.js functionality to this script, and ALL of the scripting is complete, maybe needing some tweaking here & there. This freelancer (Senthil Kumar) refused to show me how to work it, refused to test it with me until I sent hime more money. I fired him. I need someone who knows PHP, SQL, node.js(javascript), and Faye (or equivilant) to finish the user interface. It is not possible to bid a full price on this project - I will pay by the hour. You are to come on Teamviewer and look at whet we have, familiarize yourself with it, and show me how to either work from command line OR finish the Faye (or ruby) user interface. I will need all files cleaned up & organized (remove un needed files, directories) I have 10 additional projects that follow this, but this project is primary.
