Scrapping JS/flash website to produce graphs

I need WebOS gui to monitor changing data on particular webpage. The script should update the value from a webpage at least in 3second intervals. The webpage has a dynamic content and page is active for about 2hours to monitor. The values are stored in the same frame at the same place. I will need a simple gui with a button to import data from a web address and keep that data updated. I am looking for simple gui to show chart of each value updated every 3 second. I want to have an option to set a condition and alert if the value go over or under certain number. Also I need few text fields to enter values and then compare constantly with updated values. I enclose Excel spreadsheet what I have in mind. Any questions just ask.
