WP Theme edits

This project must be done on my test server as I do not want any of my files on another server. If you cant agree to this please don't bid. I need some changes to my navigation drop down so that rather than expanding down - it can expand all pages across (child pages). I have samples of the below to make understanding this easier. I need search drop downs to sort by keyword & category in header of each page. It will also have hardcoded links & menu bar. There must be no broken links when hardcoding - this must be properly checked. 24 landing page need to have widgeted sidebar with the links specific links on it depending on the page. I have the list of URLs to go on each page. Need menu on slideshow or just above it on home page i.e. Forum, Shop etc. Page template needed for a plugin page that displays automatically all categories - currently too clutttered and I need it to look better. Simple forum needs to be updated and re-installed and any other sign of another forum removed (somehow a folder keeps being created called Forum automatically) Need WPMU added/integrated and 10 themes installed Need WP login to be installed so that I don't have to use a plugin Need Widget with drop down pages (css needed) to show only the 24 landing pages
