We need to transfer and authenticate the user from one C# Asp.Net system, to another Joomla (PHP) system across servers. These systems cannot use OpenID, and we have determined the simplest option to achieve the goal is URL authentication. Therefore, it will be necessary to encrypt the URL, between the two systems. Goal is that the authentication URL must be secured, non-visible, not copyable, since it will contain secure authentication credentials.
