URL History Tracking Application

I need an application to be built which can track user history whenever a user comes on any of our website... You just have to do a simple work .. Make a simple page, with just 4 columns.... whenever a user is on website, the code/application has to track user previous URL history and list all down in the first column.. User will be first time on our website so there isnt any chance of our cookies previously stored on the user computer.. the second column will contain the Title Tags of those websites... third column will have the meta tags and 4th one will have the category of the website based upon keywords provided.. On the bottom a prioritized list has to be generated of the user interest based upon all above work .... *** I just want serious programmers and experts to be enrolled into this project.
