This project is to develop a web service concept from start to near finish. The project will be (can be) done on my shared hosting account. (This is preferred but not an absolute) It should be done in MySQL and PHP or ASP, VBScript and Access. I believe it will be necessary to use PHP to generate PDF's. The project will encompass the following: 1. Admin/User Management 2. Collection of data a. Company Table b. User Table c. Insurance Company Table with employer index d. Claimant Table e. Claim Data Table f. Workstatus Change Table 3. Generation of PDF files from the relational database 4. There are at least 2 separate PDF files to be generated I am a database geek, but I am the CEO of a company and I need this commercial quality system to offer as a product. It is a ground level idea to be built upon exponentially if this works. I am very adept at Access and VBScript, and ASP, however the generation of PDF's using a windows box is difficult without have a dedicated server which I am not ready for. I will be very involved in the development, and would like someone who is responsive on a daily basis. I will likely design the tables for this project, and supply the PDF forms complete with fields.
