Web-based Template Customization Scriot

I need a web-based script created that will allow users to customize/modify simple single page html templates(squeeze pages) with graphics and code input like YouTube Video Embed code or Auto responder codelike Aweber. After customizations are entered the user must be prompted to download a zipped file of the html and graphics for the customized/modified html page. The script should allow all users to access 2-3 free simple templates to modify/customize. The option to upgrade should give users access to modify more templates and to enter the user's FTP account information and the script will auto upload the html and images folder it to their FTP. The Admin must be able to change or add templates to the system. User would get access to a free account by entering a valid first name and email address. Upon validation, user is redirected to the free template customization page. The user must have an visable upgrade option to gain access to more premium templates and training. The script should display both free and premium templates but pop out a message when user mouses over/clicks on the premium template images that the user must upgrade to premium membership or login to access the premium templates. Intergration with Amember and wordpress is requested, but other options will be considered. Premium users may have the ability to modify graphics by selecting from a web-based graphics library of icons and images. Premium users also have the ability to upload their own images that will be added to the exported zip file or uploaded to the members FTP server.
