Wordpress website with webshop

Hi. I need a clone of a website with some changes. It needs to be a wordpress solution with an e-commerse plugin installed. We distribute watches, so I want the best ecommerse plugin out there for doing business. Both b2b and b2c. The products must therefor be able to handle several prices. Different price for visitors, logged inn business users and products on sale. Fuctions like stock controll, logistics, and all the other importent functions must be available. It must also be possible to create a product or productcategory that only a specific type of user or usergroup can see, and order. Customers as well as our retailors should have the ability to log in and place orders, see their order history, invoices, download invoice as pdf, and so on. I need all the "must have" wordpress plugins installed. With functions like: Sosial media, subscribe on newsletter, send newsletters to subscribers, pay by paypal, livechat helpdesk, and so on.. A supportsystem must be included, and be able to send and receive mails. The website will contain approximately 8 pages and 6 subpages. The webshop will contain approximately 3 categories and 30 products. The users should have the ability to choose between 4 languages. I will provide the winning bidder with the url to the website wich will be cloned. I will also provide you with login to cpanel where you will set up the cloned site. SEO, clean code, work in all modern browsers, delivery on time, and so on.. is expected. I believe most of the website can be set up with plugins. If you have done similar projects you should probably know what to deliver. I want a new design, but based on the design you will be cloning, which is clean and elegant.
