Photo upload/display script

Hello, I have a joomla 1.5 website. I'm planing on adding a section in there where my registered clients can upload pictures. I'm looking for someone to create this script. The script should be very basic, should have the ability for the client to upload 2 pictures (one before, one after) and then when the upload is finished, the pictures should have admin approval to avoid spam, then, when approved, the images should display side by side under an assigned section/category. This will be more like a blog feed where users will upload their before/after pictures and as new pictures keep coming, they get added to the blog type website section. Please bid your price fairly, because this is a simple script for someone that knows what they are doing. I'm sure there are scripts already out there that you might have created or utilized in the past. Script should be free of all copyright/branding links
