Data Backup

I would like to backup my data on a Unix shell server directly to a commercial remote data center. Ideally I would like to use duplicity. I need someone to write a small script that would allow me to do this, walk me through the steps of using the script and provide a bit of technical support if necessary. I have tried a few tiems and get errors. The script should work on freebsd and netbsd (so that may mean two scripts). My files need to be encrypted before sending and should be sent securely. I have an Amazon s3 account, but I would be happy to try any other cheap and reputable data host.
