Linux Admin: upgrade PHP to 5.2.1

I need an friendly, reliable EXPERT LINUX admin with good english skills and a good attititude. I'm easy to work with and I'd like the same from whomever I hire. Server: LAMP Fedora Upgrade my php5 to to latest 5.2.1. List of extensions/ compile directives will be provided. Fix problem PureFTPd and MySQL authenticated accounts. Regular system, non-mysql authenticated accounts using SFTP work fine, but the MySQL accounts hang on LIST (yes my ftp client is set to passive). An admin I hired earlier solved the problem temporarily by flushing iptables -- not an accepatable solution. Secuity audit. I've had a few different linux admins work on my server, the most recent broke a lot of stuff and ripped me off. The last server login came from China, so I'm very concerned. Walk me through SSL cert setup. I'm fairly sure I know how to do this, but I might need a walk though. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
