I need to a site created that will have similar services and features to [login to view URL] except it will need to tie into my existing web conferencing platform. I want to offer a directory of available events and provide complete online event registration services for my presenters. I need to offer them complete and secure ability to charge admission to their event and have a complete "autoresponder" system in place for notification and followup with participants both pre-event and post-event. Meeting Rooms will have to be dynamically created and destroyed based upon the event. Per-User authentication will be necessary as well. To initially accept payment, I would like something patterned after [login to view URL] which accepts Paypal payments, but we would also need to be able to accept payment via an [login to view URL] account. Payments will come in from both the presenter setting up the meeting and from the participants attending the selected event. This project/service will need to be completely web-based and have a fully-functional 'back-office' adminstration at 3 different levels. 1. Me, as the owner to see all events and all participants registered for the events. 2. the Presenter, to see all their scheduled events and the participants registered for such events. 3. The participants to see all registered events. I want to offer this as a brandable service for my presenters and we simply supply them the registration services and conferencing platform. Thanks in advance for your consideration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This should be relatively easy for someone that can see big picture projects and is very well adepted in PHP/mySQL programming. I want this to run from a Linux/Apache webserver and I would like it built within PHP and utilize a mySQL DB.
