We need a step by step guide for DLR="Delivery Report" in Kannel. said guide should explain following 1. how to configure a gateway with DLR 2. how to ask kannel if we need DLR for a SMS or not 3. how to use message id in map SMD and DLR 3. how to provide callback URL to recive DLR 4. format and mapping of resulted parameters Guide should cover all three type of gateways as mentioned below 1. DLR for SMPP gateways 2. DLR for HTTP gateways 3.
