Magento Developer for on-going projects2

Looking for a magento developer who is available to complete on-going projects for our magento work. We're looking for someone who has US availability, meaning they are working during normal US business times (8am - 6pmEST) and are available via skype or phone. The workload consists of tweaking php code, modifying magento module code, writing module extensions for the web sites and other site enhancements as-needed. This position can be paid hourly, weekly or bi-weekly. I suspect this type of work requires someone who is an expert or works with magento source code daily and is familiar with tweaking platforms, templates, extensions and other items.
