GoAutoDial (Vicidial) consultation and configuration

We are a company looking to implement GoAutoDial (Vicidial) for our call center needs. We've since been debating on using the cloud solution of goautodial located at [login to view URL] or have one hosted on one of our dedicated hosts. We would like to discuss some solutions as well as have some customization done to the goautodial program to meet our needs. Here are some of the customizations we would need: - Full USA and Canada FTC-compliance configuration - Custom fields implementation - Create and Configure custom database to sort leads by location with custom time zones including per state and per day of the week. - Configure the database to auto switching to specific call list depends on the Day and Time Zone. - Ability to transfer call to other specific active agents with lead information. - Scheduled callbacks: Agent-Only and anyone - IVRs and voicemail detection - Automatically recording of calls and transfer to an external FTP site - Employees can operate from almost any internet connected computer - Ability to have employees operate remotely - Configuration of VOIP trunks - Set Caller ID for each specific state EX: If a call is made to Texas then the Caller ID will display our local Texas phone number. - Reporting features - Custom webform that pop's up when a call is being established or connected. Custom webform will display all the information of the client, also allowing the agent to edit the information and have it updated on the lead database. Custom buttons on the webform to set a certain lead as an opportunity or as a sale. When set as an opportunity it will add the lead to a certain campaign.
