I have a few tasks that need to be done to finish the project, which are attached.
I want to note, the guy who programmed this site originally was not a very good programmer. He uses tables and the code is not very good. I do not want anyone to try to upsell me and tell me the entire site has to be reprogrammed, if that is the case i will just cancel the project. I am specifically looking for someone who can work with the bad code and just patch the feedback together to get the site working.
will pay a small amount / deposit once the programmer has verified that they can work with the code and the rest upon completion

No issues working in adult, I've done contracts with Wicked both pre and post massive revamp and used to work for Amateur Match.
I don't see anything in the doc you posted that would take an inordinate amount of time so the difficulty comes down purely to the existing code.
More than willing to take a look for free and let you know my thoughts on the code, database schema and any gotchas that you'll be seeing but it is a rare day when I recommend a complete rewrite.

We're pretty pragmatic here so we appreciate that a business needs to make money. A rewrite is seldom the right answer and it's definitely not the right answer for you.
In terms of development you don't need much. What will take up most of the time is getting familiar with your previous coder's code.
I've put in 10 days but this is just in case there are surprises in store. I expect the work will take a few days and a week at the most.
I don't forsee any problems other than if the CMS gets in the way.
