Youtube View Increaser Software / Script Needed

I am in search of someone who can provide me with a simple piece of software to increase youtube views. This software will ideally be in .exe format so that anyone can run it on their own desktop - although I am open to other formats if they work well. Contact me for this and we can probably work something out. Basically, I just to be able to insert a link to the video I want to increase views for and select the amount of views I want generated for it.
