New OSComerce gateway created in XML

I need someone who had expierence creating a parment gateway in OS Comerence. The gateway programmer will need to have created at least 2 gateways already, and familiar with OScommerce, and XML. We had posted this a few days ago, but we did not get the gateway programmer we wanted. They said they can do this in about 3 days. If you are the one that said you can do this in about 3 days, or others who can write gateways XML programs, then please bid. Thanks you
