List Gatherer Script

Hi, We are looking to have a mail list gatherer where the script will search different directories(such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc..) and grab the addresses of businesses for mailing purposes. It would then separate them based on category and city. It would also list if they have a website and we would be able to download them in a .csv file. We could select any addresses to download and after downloading these address the system would mark them as downloaded so we don't download them again. Of course we could re-enable them if we wanted to download them again. We would also like to have the ability to add in new places to grab this information from and the script will have to accomodate this(for example if we wanted to grab addresses in the UK). I would prefer it to be build in PHP and MYSQL but I am open to discuss what language it is coded in.
