Hey im looking for some help for a idea I have. I want to make a site that allows people to submit a paper then have a script that scans it for plagarism. How to do this is up to you as the coder. So it will need to be scanned against searchengines, archived content, and other submitted documents. You will need to make a backend for users to login and submit there documents and view the results and then a admin backend for admin stuff. The main part of the script is the plagarism detection that will require the most work. Its crucial that all copied material can be detected. Not sure which database would work best but mysql and rubyonrails will be available. Also I will send you an html template for you to integrate it into.
