Full Automated Youtube Video Script Upload,download,watermark, increase views

I'm in need of a script or collection of script that will automate everything below execpt for captcha entry. 1. create youtube account (i'll enter captcha) 2. Download videos base on kw or topview or usename 3. Watermark video with my text and reupload 4. increase views on all my videos 5. Comment and rate my videos 5. runs on crons or timer automatically after captacha is entered and account created. 6. Proxy support with Rotation 7. Random useragent 8. mysql Driven 9. reports of how many videos per user 10. All me to Group accounts, so I can make changes or perform action by group 11. save a snapshot of each video being downloaded to make sure they are not watermarked already. (manage videos so i can delete videos as need to.)
