need experienced coder for database uploader program

i need a experience coder to design a program to upload and import database into indexu directory script ([login to view URL]) using php mysql databases. Here is the examples after the database converted. [login to view URL] , the first level by type of products/service, 2nd level by states . I already has a program do the similar job ( upload and import), but it cann't seperate the datas into different state folders under each product category. The program was made by another coder whom no longer worked as freelancer. I believe he used perl for the coding. I can pass the current program to the selected winner, so you will save time on the intial work. You just need to improve it so the datas will sperated into each state folder. It should be a simple job for a experienced coder / database expert. My budget is $80 to $100. And need the job to be done within 5 days.
