470801 Redesign E Commerce site with Magento shopping cart

I have a site ballyhoobanners dot com that has been poorly built for seo, you will notice it is also incomplete and it is difficult to work with from an administrators point of view. Originally constructed in perl/cgi. I would like to have the site converted to php with magento shopping cart. Seo friendly is a must and include Social bookmarking etc. I will provide you with several sites of my competitors that we can clone to a degree. I would like to see a wireframe so we don't get down the road and have a misunderstanding. I have attached and example of what the front page should like. We are open to suggestions. You and your team must be very experienced in e-commerce and be willing to deliver a complete and operational site in a timely manner. A portfolio of e- commerce sites that have been completed and magento carts is required.
