Will buy GOOD traffic websites

Looking to buy an established web site(s) with GOOD traffic. The site(s) doesn't necessarily have to make money. Best option is self maintaining projects with basically no maintenance required from the owner. Administration part is preferred but not mandatory. Some of the examples I can think of are popular message boards, dating sites, classifieds, free web services, etc. Important: - Content should be in English only. - Please post links with the number of unique daily visitors and page views in the Personal Message Board.
