CakePHP customer/admin site needed.

I need a cakePHP user/admin portal installed on my site. The site sells one car insurance related product and allows people to renew the service every year. I need a user login provided to every member upon purchase and an admin login for myself that provides some functionality and editing capabilities. All must be built using cakePHP. Site is already designed and operating. Please see longer description further down on bid request. All details are there. ## Deliverables I own an insurance product site that sells one product for cars. People currently pay via “Paypal Web Payments Pro??. It works well so I think that cakePHP changes should also use payments pro. Upon payment, customers enter payment, personal and vehicle info. I need a user side and an admin side built with cakePHP. The entire User Side * Each customer needs to receive a login and pwd upon purchase. * They will then be able to login to their account at any time and update their vehicle information and also their personal information * They need to be able to login and see a list of policy details * Receive email updates and newsletters * Contact us through their account * Receive email reminders to renew their account * They need the ability to renew their membership/policy from within their account. They also need the option to add vehicles to their policy and pay for them from within their account * I would like to have a tab within their account that allows them to refer friends via typing in their email addresses and sending them a form referral letter via email. Admin Side * I need to be able to search for a contact based on their membership #, name, phone number, email address or date of purchase. Once I search, I need to be able to click on their account have full editing privileges of all their information, including activation and expiration dates of policies. * I need to be able to run reports of current members and their info. * There are multiple pricing options (2 or 3) for people who are members of other organizations that we offer discounts for. * I need to be able to send emails and newsletters to all customers from within the account * Upon purchase, each customer needs to go to a queue that will allow me to view all pending customers and review their vehicle information before accepting them. If accepted then they need to receive their membership information email. If declined then they need to receive an email explaining possible reasons that they were declined. * I need to be able to enter and create accounts manually for commercial clients that have multiple vehicles on one account. * All new customers need membership cards. I can print 10 at a time on one sheet. I need this new admin to allow me to generate membership card PDFs 10 customers at a time (customers that I select from a list of recent purchasers) so that I can print them. Then I need to generate a PDF that will have all membership letters (name address, membership # etc…) these should be 10 letters on one PDF. This could all possibly be generated at the same time by selecting the 10 customers from the list of recent customers * I need to be able to enter the site and make changes to pricing whenever I want. There will be possibly 2 or 3 pricing structures. Currently to do this I have two landing pages that go to different checkout pages. Each page has its own price. * There are two sites. All purchases happen on one that has an SSL certificate. That is the site that should host the admin/user software
