compare excel rows with jscript

i have two excel sheets i need to compare the two excel sheets and give the result in the third sheet. in the excel sheet we have levels such as level 1 two and there the level i starts form 1row 1 coloum under it we have level 2 that starts from second row and second coloum under it we have level 3 that strats form thrid row and third coloum there are many 2 and third levels in the level 1 and many level ones i need to copy the structure of level one and compare the structure with level 1 in the next sheet and display the result in the third .
