Ecommerce with Membership

We need a script for an ecommerce site that also includes a membership site. The ecommerce will have the usual content: categories, subcategories, and products with descriptions, pictures and videos. It will also have an associated shopping cart, payment possibilities, etc... The membership part will have groups with two levels of members: group leader and group members. It will also have individual members. I have some very specific requirements that are included in a Word document I will upload. **Please, read the document before you bid. It is not a difficult site to build but it has to be precise.** Deliverable will be the working script, which should be easy to install. I will give you disk space, access to a CPanel and a phony domain name so that you have a place to work on and test at ease. Since you will have to demonstrate that it is working, you'll have to put a sample template on it but you will not have to work on the definitive look for the time being. The script will most likely be installed either on Hostgator or on BlueHost. So, **please make sure the script is compatible with their settings.** Your working space will be on Hostgator.
