I need a linux program that will do the following:
1) search job posting websites for a specific job.
2)? I want to collect all the job postings for a PMP certified Project Manager.? Nothing else
3) I would like the program to email me the results with a link to the job listing.
4)? I would like to get an alert if there is a new one found. (in other words, store the results in a MySQL DB so it can compare the results and notify me of new ones)

I own the server and have full access to it.
The server runs Debian linux and has MySQL installed, PHP, Perl.
