I need to integrate a number of existing Access 2002 applications with Microsoft Office Accounting 2008 (see links below). I can do the actual integration work, I just need the interface to be provided. The Access applications will need to automatically perform the following operations from VBA code (you are not expected to develop the application, simply the interface between Access and Office Accounting, which is already largely provided by the SDK): Create new customer account Update customer account details Retrieve customer details, by account number or all Post a sales invoice Part pay a sales invoice Fully pay a sales invoice Retrieve sales invoice details including payments to date, by invoice number, sales account number, or date range Create new supplier account Update supplier account details Retrieve supplier details, by account number or all Post a purchase invoice Retrieve purchase invoice details including payment status, by invoice number, supplier account number, or date range Create new product/service record Update product/service details Retrieve product/service details, by product/service code or all Open the Office Accounting user interface for manual operations All these functions should be capable of being performed without user interaction once the user has logged in at start of session i.e. fully automated from VBA code. On delivery of your work, I should be in a position to write Access 2002 VBA code (at which my level is already "expert") to perform these functions, without having to acquire additional expertise in any other platform. I suggest that ideally you will provide "demo" VBA code illustrating how each of the above functions is called. Both versions of MS Office Accounting and the SDK may be downloaded free from the following links: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] SDK: [login to view URL]
