Multilanguage mathematical web site

Dear coders, We are looking for a Multilanguage mathematical web site, The first version of our site should include the functionality of the site quickmath dot com. The supported languages should include English, Russian, Arabic and Hebrew. (you just need to code two versions of the site: LTR and RTL in UTF8, we will translate all the texts). You can look on the following site for inspiration: Mathway dot com; webmath dot com; calc101 dot com You can use the engine of webmathematica, but I am open to other suggestions to the application. Of course, if you can code it by yourself or with an open source code it is better!
