PHP Soap/Web Service Consuming Class Required

I require someone to create a PHP class that sends and receives requests from the UK Land Registry soap web service as described in the attached documentation.? ## Deliverables I require someone to analyse the attached documentation of the UK Land Registry Soap Web Services, and create a PHP5 Class which will handle making and receiving requests to consume these web services.? The code should be well documented and robust, i.e. be able to gracefully handle communication errors etc.? I am happy for open source libraries such as nusoap to be used if it speeds up development time.
