Quick programming of navigation bar

I require a coder to finish a job started by another programmer. A navigation bar has been created and I need someone to finish creating it by adding one more button to the task bar and link the buttons in the navigation bar to pages that I have already created. In addition to that I need them to delete some pages from my task bar and add a line of text to the banner at the top of the site describing the website.
