Similar to FRING

I need an something similar [login to view URL] ,which can work on iphone and symbian through several different connections like wifi or GPRS or 3G or 4G. It must be able to call or receive VOIP cals, Must be able to send and receive SMS and it should also work on my server. It should have a specific call charged rate and should be able to show availale balance. As it is based on SIP server so I want to not to change the IP, and run it from my server. Please come forward if you have a experience in past with its details, and let me know your views and questions If you have any. I want? urgently to start the work with some body.....as i am in a shortage of time. Thanks....
