Zip+4 Flexible Printing Application

Zip+4 is a USPS bulk mailing initiative. There are programs out there that do this already but do not fit my needs. I want a flexible solution where the parameters are table driven so when the USPS changes the rules, the program is easily modified, such as the rate table. I want to be able to print more than just the name, address and barcode on a mailer. There is additional information that is address specific that has to be printed on each piece. I do not need a program that certifies the addresses as I already have one. This application is a mailer management system and all that this implies. Along with the printing on envelopes, there is the tag and bag label and forms that must be submitted to the post office. I can answer questions and give sites that have information about the regulations that have to be followed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Be available for further revisions and embellishments. ## Platform Win XP and the preferred language is the latest version of VB so that the code can be easily maintained.
