Creating a Plugin for MT (moveabletype) and WP (wordpress) from our REST API

We are looking for someone who is already making wordpress and moveabletype plugins (if we have to choose then it will be wordpress to start with) - we want someone who understands the REST api. We have api to auth, pull back subdomains and services and we will build an embed jquery plugin for a users blog. They have to register with our service first. First plugin will use standard embed layout but we will offer many layouts over time.
