IT-project bidding platform

We’re looking for programmers to develop a IT-project bidding platform. The platform is specialized for german customers. How it works: Every company can register and publish projectoffers – the it-professionals can bid on the project. This Project suits you IF - You’re skilled in Zend Framwork, Django OR Ruby on Rails o According to these frameworks a perfect command of PHP5, ruby or Python - You’re developing high performance and seo optimized code - You’re careful, creative and motivated - You feel free to add non-described but normal existing website elements o (contact form, e.g.) - You have experience in very well designed website architecture ------------------------------- Project requirements ------------------------------- Environment - Linux (SuSe/Debian), Apache2 and MySQL 5 Coding guidelines: - One of the three above named Frameworks - Use of the MVC (Model View Controller) pattern (OOP of course) - Multilingual support (i18n, cached output) - Full text-DB Index via Sphinx or Lucene Frontend - Flexible and intuitive User-frontend with (JS) Jquery oder Mootools o ([login to view URL] ; [login to view URL] – feel free to use free plugins) - PDF generator - Basic navigation on each side - Xhtml is a mather of course Performance - Please take use of the caching methods of the framework you choose. - Memcache is wanted (root server with all options is ready) Notes: - Feel free to integrate OpenSource Software / Modules / Serverside Programms etc. WE LIKE GPL AND OPENSOURCE ! But it has to meet our needs. - You will recive every page in JPEG or PSD if you want, please copy / paste the contents and try to create the html code almost like the shot.
