PHP Developer who can embed Excel spreadsheet with formula

I am asking for a PHP Developer because I have long term requirements for developers and if this goes will I may open the door to more work. In the mean time I need a Excel Spreadsheet which is full of formula embedding in to a webpage. Its very important that the formula remains in tact. The Excel Spreadsheet is a calculator which is decided by a variation of different fields. The calculator itself is rather complicated but that shouldn't effect the embed. Ok so you know what I am looking for , lets talk about who I am looking for. I want a developer who has intelligence who has very clear English, who after each day will give me a closing breif on progress. A developer that understands quality and doesn't give me a headache. A developer who doesn't take 3hrs to complete a job that another can do in Half an Hour, I have a team of developers so understand I know how long things can take , if I suspect jobs are being dragged out I will get my Manager who is also my best developer to rein-act the task and we will do no more business, If you play fair you could potentially be working the hours you can give me as I have a waiting list of projects.
