55691 SQL Statement Required

I have a PHP site using a MYsql database. I need a small script that i can execute from my php myadmin panel to achieve the following result described below. This is simple task for someone with the right skills. Please post the script to the message board. The most efficient script with best directions will win this bid. I want to populate Field A in my Mysql Database based on values in Field B in the same database. Field B is currently populated with values from 1 to 250. Field A must be populated based on which array Field B lies within.
