Installation for Image Script not working. Quick Fix.-APACHE

I recently transferred over my image site that was working perfectly to a new server. Now I think it's a .htaccess problem with apache but I'm not sure. I want someone to fix it and know exactly what's wrong. website is: http:// upload pic .org script was from here: http:// [login to view URL] image-hosting-script .html It won't upload and some images as well as thumbs are not showing. Fix this and you got a quick pay! Something from my new server is not working right with my script. $10-$15US if you can figure out this problem and get it done quick. I personally think it's the Mod-rewrite module on apache but I could be wrong! Fix it!
