Oscommerce - add shipment method, add admin info

Add additional ONE shipping way to my website: Add “Other Shipment Methods / Wait for Shipping Quotation for Bulk Shipment.” The cost of this shipment methods is $0 2. Add below additional information show at order page of admin page and notify email: a) Buyer chosen shipping way b) Buyer chosen shipping fee c) Payment charge detail (Paypal or Bank Transfer or Pay by Paypal Later) My website done a function already: paypal will add 4% charge and Bank Transfer add US$9, I have to display this information at my admin page d) Updated total amount after added shipping fee and payment charge.
