Oscommerce Tweaks Needed

HI, I need to have some OSCommerce work done. Should be simple for a well versed Oscommerce/PHP/MYSql person. In order of importance. 1. Need to get [login to view URL] setup, tested and working properly. We do not have SSL and would like to use SIM if possible. 2. Need the ability to set minimum orders on certain products. For Example: if you only select 3 widgets, OSCommerce will yell at you and say the minum order of 4. 3. Need to add comments on packing slip, and FAX number on invoice and, packing slip, and orders page DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU CAN AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: Must provide good communication. Must Be available for Email/IM chat between 9am-5pm EST Be able to complete custimizations by EOB 08/13/2004
