Open Realty addon

I need an addon for open-realty 2.2........i need it made without the core files being edited.....if at all possible..... all files must be in 1 folder as per any other addon that was created for this software......... I will also need an admin to add/edit agents and cities.....when a new agent is setup, I must then manually setup the agents subdomain and upload the files neccessary for the agents site to work......I also want to limit the number of files if possible on the subdomains to reduce disk space ( in case their are 30 agents)........any ideas will be great... this is what I need it to do........ I need multiple subdomains, and the main domain to run off 1 database... Main site([login to view URL]) this is the main site......that will link to every other site under this domain....main page will have featured listings from all agents ( these will be newly added listings)...... show all listings......show all agents......basically main site navigates the entire site........... then I need two different types of subdomains........ 1) agents......it needs to be configured so when you goto [login to view URL], you only get their listingss and information....(eg....infopages, listings, design).....these pages will ONLY link to that agents stuff......except for the [login to view URL] logo....which will take you back to [login to view URL] to perform another search if possible..... 2) city........city.domain.com......this will link to all listings that are from that particular city...from all agents in that city.....again...the main page of this URL will be newly added listing for this city.....this page will link to only the agents in that city, with a [login to view URL] page....... From the view agent page........have a link to their [login to view URL] and another if they already have one...... it is very important that the you cannot get to other agents sites from another agents site.....you can only get to the agents site from direct URL, [login to view URL], domain.com.... This is very complex as numerous people have attempted this an had no luck.......if this can be done without modifying the core files...that would be perfect....but if modification is required for the core files I guess I have no choice........ I would like a description (brief) of what you think needs to be done in orderr to accomplish this included in your PM.......
