Create a "Tweet Brand" Like Application Web Interface & APP

Hello - I am looking for someone to develop a "Tweet Brand" like application. This product is no longer available but is much needed. Thisis a really simpple app - Basically, it just places your URL in the Tweet allowing for backinks. If you go to youtube and do a search for "Tweet Brand' you will see video's of the old program in action. What the app would do isWhen you post your messages to Twitter, your anchor text and url would show at the bottom giving you a backlink. Have you noticed whenever you send out a tweet, it is branded with the Twitter client you’ve used, to send out that tweet? Whether you use CoTweet, Hootsuite, Seesmic, Tweetdeck, Twitter’s Web interface, a mobile Twitter client, or the hundreds of other Twitter clients.. every time you send out a tweet you are advertising their product.. with a link back to their website, Instead I want the ability for the user to place his/hers website there instead.
